Terms of Use

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing Premium, or using Coffeely, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Coffeely Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Coffeely.

Coffeely is a personal coffee and cafe spending tracker. The app helps you record coffee purchases, review spending patterns, set goals, and understand your coffee rhythm over time.

Coffeely is provided for personal information and habit-tracking purposes only. Coffeely is not financial, tax, medical, or health advice, and it should not be used as the only basis for important financial or health decisions.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You may use supported sign-in methods such as email, Sign in with Apple, or Google sign-in where available.
• You may not access another user's account, interfere with Coffeely security, or use the service for unlawful activity.

You control the coffee logs, expense amounts, places, notes, ratings, goals, and preferences you enter into Coffeely. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record.

You give Coffeely permission to store, process, display, sync, and analyze your records only as needed to provide the app features, support your account, maintain backups or diagnostics where applicable, and comply with law or store requirements.

Coffeely may offer optional Premium subscriptions that unlock advanced analytics, longer history, place rankings, heatmaps, exports, favorite orders, or other paid features shown in the app. Available plans, duration, price, renewal terms, and trial details are displayed before purchase in the App Store, Google Play, or the relevant store purchase sheet.

• Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or the applicable app store provider. Coffeely does not store full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal deadline shown by the store.
• You can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or the subscription management screen provided by the store.
• Deleting your Coffeely account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple, Google, or the applicable store provider according to their policies.
• Premium access may depend on successful store validation and RevenueCat entitlement status.

If you downloaded Coffeely from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless Apple and Coffeely provide another agreement for your copy of the app. These Terms supplement that agreement for Coffeely account features, privacy, subscriptions, support, and acceptable use.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Coffeely. To the extent required by Apple's applicable terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS users.

• Do not use Coffeely in a way that violates law, infringes others' rights, or harms the app, its users, or its providers.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, abuse, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Do not upload or enter content that is unlawful, abusive, malicious, or designed to interfere with the service.
• Do not use Coffeely to build competing datasets or services through automated extraction.

You can delete your account in the app from Profile, Account Management, Delete Account. Account deletion removes your Coffeely account and associated app data stored by Coffeely, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or backup reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or if continued operation becomes legally or technically impractical.

Coffeely may change over time. Features, designs, free limits, Premium benefits, supported platforms, and third-party services may be added, changed, paused, or removed. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Coffeely is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Coffeely will meet every need, produce exact savings, prevent overspending, or be available without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffeely and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms when Coffeely changes or when legal, platform, store, or operational requirements change. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated Terms available. Continued use of Coffeely after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
